    Soon after receiving my sectional sofa from Factorees.com, the adjustable headrest mechanical pieces broke...no fault of my own. Factorees.com tried to play coy and said I had to send the entire sofa back to them so they could "inspect" it. Yeah, right, like who would ever do that? Then they promised me they'd get a "professional" out to my house to fix it, but they never did and they stopped communicating wth me. Horrible company with horrible customer service.     Hi, everyone! I have same problem. I made order #169481501 ($2,192.08) in November 23, 2012 on bullfurniture.com They took my money from factorees.com I never was in this kind of situations, so I asked my friend what to do. 1. Call the Better Business Bureau and file complaint. 2. Then call your local police and file report. 3. If you used your credit card then call the fraud report, they will return your money.   • Bogus website to steal our money?!

    Much as others on this site, I ordered a couch from this company and it's far exceeded thier maximum delivery date. Now it's impossible to get ahold of them. No answer to emails, phone has auto message that has nothing to even do with the company and help chat is nothing of the kind. Says, that question will be submitted an to look for email response. Estimated delivery on thier site states 3-9 weeks with 5 being the norm. I'm at 12 and not even a tracking number yet.     I placed the order on 8/10/12 and waited 9 weeks to get the couches with wrong color.I contacted them where the delivery people were still at my place so they could take them back but the customer service representative advised to keep it till they make the new one in the right color.So did we!! it's been 10 weeks and we haven't heard anything from them.We've been trying to contact them but no luck.They are not replying to the emails, no live chatting and the phone gives me the same "AT&T" message....I don't know what to do..     I paid for white glove service and when the bed came they already had the frame pre-assembled so it didn't fit and the drivers obviously did not know how to take it apart to fit. I requested a refund on 12/20/12 and was told I should receive it in a few business days.     I ordered a dark beige top grain leather sofa for $1695 and received a tan cheap/bicast leather sofa. Anyhow I contacted customer service online to find out the accuracy of the swatches and they assured me that it was the exact of the leather. Unfortunately for me my order wasn't accurate based on the swatches.     I read reviews and most of them are pretty positive but when you read one bad, you start wondering... but I did it anyway, hoping that nothing bad happens to me. I purchased a leather sectional and I waited 4 weeks. They are not the quickest store ever, but I also bought a Blackberry from Walmart a few months ago, and I had to wait 3 weeks, so I'd say that it's decent for a leather sofa that weighs at least 300 lbs.     My wife is expecting out first baby boy in a few months :) so We decided to remove the carpet in our bathroom and replace the vanity to prepare for our baby boy.
