Worst Online Experience ever

My wife is expecting out first baby boy in a few months :) so We decided to remove the carpet in our bathroom and replace the vanity to prepare for our baby boy. We found a nice looking vanity on WWW. FACTOREES.COM so I contact the representative to ask about the delivery because the baby is coming in 3 months (at the time). We saw on the web-site state that it would take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to deliver so we ask the representative how long it would take. Knowing about the situation, he promised us that it would take 5 weeks, the most, for us to receive our vanity so we picked FACTOREES.COM out of all the other place and ordered the vanity on Dec 5. 5 weeks went by and the vanity is still haven't arrive to their distribution center yet so we called and ask them just about every other day and got the same answer everytime that it will be here soon. Finally, the vanity reached their distribution center on Jan 20 (8 weeks later). I called again and Will & Edward (the representatives) promised that it would be deliver to our house on Jan 25 so we schedule our contractor to come and install the vanity. Yet, we keep calling and calling every other day to remind and they would say that the vanity will be ship out TOMORROW, everytime, but more than 2 weeks went by and the vanity is still sitting at the distribution center (the proud logistic department didn't do their job). On Feb 07, they finally ship out the vanity and tell me that it will be expedite and ship fast. by fast, I think they meant 9 days later, which is today Feb 16 (2 AND 1/2 months later), the vanity finally came, WITH ALL THE BOXES GOT DENT, THE SINK WAS BROKEN and YOU CAN HEAR STUFFS FALLING APART INSIDE THE BOXES. I refused to take the shipment even when I know I don't have time and I can't wait anymore, and when I have already schedule my contractors to come by to install the vanity for us. I contacted them to ask about the problems and all they said were "They have tried our best". If this is their best effort, I can't imaging what it would be like when they are not trying. I was very patient throughout the whole process but there is a limit that a person can take. Luckily, I have ordered another vanity for our second bathroom from another website (www.tradewindsimport.com) and it only take 1 week to ship to us. or else we wouldn't have a bathroom to use at all. I have ordered a lot of stuffs online, even my car, and this is the worst buying experience that I have encounter.

im past 9 weeks and have not yet received it they gave me a tracking number that does not work on ceva logistic. they keep telling me that there computers have not yet been updated.it does not take 1 week to put in order on the computer if supposeable my couches are on there truck already... driving to my location in fl. there liers and the worst compant ever. i will never again but from them and recomend it one one does either
